I have been fortunate to be around some very successful leaders,
so I keep a list of things they have in common...

1. A strong moral compass - knowing right from wrong
2. It's close cousin - Honesty
3. A bias towards action not analysis.
4. Good communication skills
5. A competitive spirit - "never give up" vs. "win, baby".
6. Enjoy problem solving
7. A history of consistency - no surprises
8. Creative - the only way to solve new problems
9. Passion for what they do
10. Enjoy seeing others succeed.
